目的:观察健胃祛痛微丸对慢性胃炎模型大鼠胃黏液游离酸度、总酸度、胃蛋白酶活性和胃游离黏液的影响,探讨其对慢性胃炎胃黏膜保护作用的可能机制。方法:将72只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、胃乃安组及健胃祛痛微丸高、中、低剂量组,每组各12只,造模组采用60%乙醇、20%去氧胆酸钠、0.05%氨水自由饮水和饥饱失常灌胃建立大鼠慢性胃炎模型,给药30d,观察健胃祛痛微丸对模型大鼠胃液游离酸度、总酸度、胃蛋白酶活性、胃游离黏液量的影响。结果:与模型组比较,胃乃安组及健胃祛痛微丸高、中、低剂量组均能显著降低模型大鼠胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.05,P<0.01);健胃祛痛微丸高、中剂量组均能降低模型大鼠游离黏液的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:健胃祛痛微丸对慢性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜具有保护作用,其机制可能是通过减少胃酸、胃蛋白酶活性和游离黏液量来实现的。 |

Protective effect of Jianwei Qutong pellets on gastric mucosa in rats with chronic gastritis and related mechanism |

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jianwei Qutong pellets on free acidity and total acidity of gastric mucus,pepsin activity,and free gastric mucus in rats with chronic gastritis,as well as the possible mechanism of the protective effect of Jianwei Qutong pellets on gastric mucosa in chronic gastritis.Methods:A total of 72 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group,Weinaian group,and high-,middle-,and low-dose Jianwei Qutong pellets groups,with 12 rats in each group.The rats in the model group were given free drinking of 60% alcohol,20% deoxysodium cholate,and 0.05% ammonia and irregular diet by gavage to establish a model of chronic gastritis.After 30 days of administration,the effect of Jianwei Qutong pellets on free acidity and total acidity of gastric juice,pepsin activity,and free gastric mucus amount was observed.Results:Compared with the model group,the Weinaian group and the high-,middle-,and low-dose Jianwei Qutong pellets groups had significant reductions in gastric acid and pepsin activity(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the high- and middle-dose Jianwei Qutong pellets groups had a significant reduction in the amount of free mucus(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Jianwei Qutong pellets exert a protective effect on the gastric mucosa in rats with chronic gastritis,possibly by reducing gastric acid,pepsin activity,and amount of free mucus. |
