| 目的：观察通窍化痰活血方治疗早期迟发型放射性脑损伤（痰瘀互结证）的临床疗效。方法：将60例早期迟发型放射性脑损伤（痰瘀互结证）患者随机分为2组，每组各30例。对照组采用西医常规疗法治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用通窍化痰活血方治疗。结果：实体瘤疗效总有效率治疗组为86.7%，对照组为70.0%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组中医症状积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组脑损伤分级疗效组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：西医常规疗法联合通窍化痰活血方治疗早期迟发型放射性脑损伤（痰瘀互结证）安全、有效。 |

| Clinical effect of Tongqiao Huatan Huoxue prescription in treatment of early-stage late-onset radiation-induced brain injury：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Tongqiao Huatan Huoxue prescription in the treatment of early-stage late-onset radiation-induced brain injury with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis.Methods：A total of 60 patients with early-stage late-onset radiation-induced brain injury with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment，and those in the treatment were given Tongqiao Huatan Huoxue prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate of solid tumor between the treatment group and the control group（86.7% vs 70.0%，P<0.05）.Both groups had a significant change in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）symptom score after treatment，and there was a significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups（P<0.05）.There was also a significant difference between the two groups in the clinical outcome of brain injury（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Conventional Western medicine treatment combined with Tongqiao Huatan Huoxue prescription is safe and effective in the treatment of early-stage late-onset radiation-induced brain injury with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. |
