| 目的：研究三七活血接骨胶囊对骨折初期骨折处血管内皮生长细胞因子（VEGF）表达的影响。方法：80只雄性SD大鼠制备股骨干骨折、髓内固定模型，分为三七活血接骨胶囊组、0.9%氯化钠注射液组各40只，分别灌服三七活血胶囊15ml/（kg·d）及等剂量0.9%氯化钠注射液，于不同时间点获取骨痂组织，采取RT-PCR方法对VEGF的表达进行半定量分析。结果：VEGF在给药第3天时表达开始增强，第5、7天表达处于峰值；第5、7、14、21天三七活血接骨胶囊组VEGF mRNA表达较0.9%氯化钠注射液组强，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：三七活血接骨胶囊可促进骨折初期VEGF的表达。 |

| Effect of Sanqi Huoxue Jiegu capsules on the activity of vascular endothelial growth factor in the early stage of fracture |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To investigate the effect of Sanqi Huoxue Jiegu capsules on the activity of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）at the fracture site in the early stage of fracture.Methods：A total of 80 male Sprague-Dawley rats were used to establish a model of femoral shaft fracture and intramedullary fixation and were then divided into Sanqi Huoxue Jiegu capsules group and 0.9% sodium chloride injection group，with 40 rats in each group.The rats in the Sanqi Huoxue Jiegu capsules group were given Sanqi Huoxue Jiegu capsules 15ml/kg·d by gavage，and those in the 0.9% sodium chloride injection group were given 0.9% sodium chloride injection at the same dose by gavage.Bone callus tissue was obtained at different time points，and RT-PCR was used for the semi-quantitative analysis of VEGF.Results：The expression of VEGF started to increase on day 3 and reached the peak value on day 5 and 7.On days 5，7，14，and 21，the Sanqi Huoxue Jiegu capsules group had significantly higher mRNA expression of VEGF than the 0.9% sodium chloride injection group（P＜0.05).Conclusion：Sanqi Huoxue Jiegu capsules can promote the expression of VEGF in the early stage of fracture. |
