| 目的：探讨针刺下关穴对过敏性鼻炎（AR）大鼠血清白介素-6（IL-6）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）表达的影响。方法：选用健康SD大鼠，分为正常组、模型组、阳性组和针灸组，建立AR大鼠模型，对针灸组大鼠采用针刺下关穴进行治疗，阳性组大鼠予丙酸氟替卡松喷鼻治疗，均每天1次，共治疗7d。对大鼠过敏症状进行评分；心脏取血分离血清采用酶联免疫法检测IL-6及TNF-α的水平。结果：与模型组比较，针灸组过敏症状评分明显降低（P<0.01），血清IL-6水平及TNF-α的水平显著下降，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01，P<0.05）；针灸组与阳性组各项指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：针刺下关穴能有效治疗过敏性鼻炎，其机制可能与其抑制IL-6和TNF-α的活性有关。 |

| Effect of acupuncture at Xiaguan point on serum levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in rats with allergic rhinitis |

| Objective：To investigate the effect of acupuncture at Xiaguan point on serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in rats with allergic rhinitis (AR).Methods：Healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into normal group，model group，positive group，and acupuncture group.A rat model of AR was established.The rats in the acupuncture group were given acupuncture at Xiaguan point，and those in the positive group were given nasal spray of fluticasone propionate，once a day for 7 days.The allergic symptom score was determined，and blood samples were collected from the heart to measure the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α by ELISA.Results：Compared with the model group，the acupuncture group had significantly lower allergic symptom score (P<0.01) and levels of IL-6 and TNF-α (P<0.01 or P<0.05).There were no significant differences in these indices between the acupuncture group and the positive group (P>0.05).Conclusion：Acupuncture at Xiaguan point has a good clinical effect in the treatment of AR，possibly by inhibiting the activity of IL-6 and TNF-α. |
