| 目的：观察百防汤加白醋熏洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将150例慢性肛周湿疹患者随机分为3组，每组各50例。治疗组采用百防汤加白醋熏洗坐浴治疗，对照1组采用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏适量外涂治疗，对照2组单纯用百防汤熏洗坐浴治疗。比较3组治疗结束时及随访3个月后的临床疗效。结果：治疗结束时总有效率治疗组为92.0%，对照1组为78.0%，对照2组为68.0%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后3个月随访时总有效率治疗组为72.0%，对照1组为46.0%，对照2组为56.0%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：百防汤加白醋熏洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹有较好的近期及远期疗效。 |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of fumigation-washing therapy with Baifang decoction and white vinegar in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema.Methods：A total of 150 patients with chronic perianal eczema were randomly divided into treatment group，control group 1，and control group 2，with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given fumigation-washing sitz bath with Baifang decoction and white vinegar，those in the control group 1 were given external application of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream，and those in the control group 2 were given fumigation-washing sitz bath with Baifang decoction alone.The three groups were compared in terms of clinical outcomes at the end of treatment and after three months of follow-up.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate at the end of treatment between the treatment group，the control group 1，and the control group 2 (92.0% vs 78.0% vs 68.0%，P<0.05)；after three months of follow-up，there was also a significant difference in overall response rate between the three groups (72.0% vs 46.0% vs 56.0%，P<0.05).Conclusion：Fumigation-washing therapy with Baifang decoction and white vinegar has good short- and long-term clinical effects in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema. |
