| 目的：探讨中焦宣痹汤对痛风性关节炎患者血清及关节滑膜液炎性因子水平的影响。方法：将90例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为2组，每组各45例。对照组采用依托考昔片治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加中焦宣痹汤治疗。对比2组综合疗效及血清、关节滑膜液炎性因子水平。结果：总有效率治疗组为95.56%，对照组为60.00%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组血清及关节组织滑膜液中各项炎性因子水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中焦宣痹汤治疗痛风性关节炎可有效改善患者临床症状，降低血清及关节滑膜液炎性因子水平。 |
