| 目的：观察五脏温阳化瘀汤治疗肾虚血瘀型老年性痴呆（AD）的临床疗效。方法：将60例AD患者随机分为2组各30例。2组均给予基础治疗，对照组在此基础上给予盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服五脏温阳化瘀汤颗粒剂治疗。观察2组的综合疗效及治疗前后简易精神状况检查量表（MMSE）、日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分。结果：总有效率治疗组为86.67%，对照组为73.33%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组MMSE、ADL评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：五脏温阳化瘀汤治疗老年性痴呆疗效确切。 |

| Clinical efficacy of Wuzang Wenyang Huayu decoction in treatment of Alzheimer's disease with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wuzang Wenyang Huayu decoction in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease（AD）with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods：A total of 60 AD patients were equally and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given basic treatment and donepezil hydrochloride tablets，while the treatment group was given Wuzang Wenyang Huayu decoction in addition to the treatment for the control group.The following indices were compared between the two groups：Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE）score and Activities of Daily Living Scale（ADL）score before and after treatment，as well as overall response rate after treatment.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（86.67% vs 73.33%，P<0.05）.After treatment，both groups showed significant improvements in MMSE score and ADL score（P<0.05），and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Wuzang Wenyang Huayu decoction has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of AD with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis. |
