| 目的：观察肾脑复元汤治疗阿尔茨海默病肾虚血瘀证的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将80例阿尔茨海默病肾虚血瘀证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，对照组予盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用肾脑复元汤治疗，治疗周期为8周，比较2组患者治疗前后简易智能状态量表（MMSE）、AD评定量表认知部分（ADAS-Cog）、日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分及综合疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为80.0%，对照组为67.5%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组MMSE、ADAS-Cog、ADL评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：肾脑复元汤治疗阿尔茨海默病肾虚血瘀证有较好的临床疗效。 |

| Clinical efficacy of Shennao Fuyuan decoction in treatment of Alzheimer's disease：An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shennao Fuyuan decoction in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease（AD）with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods：A total of 80 AD patients with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were equally and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given donepezil hydrochloride tablets，while the treatment group was given Shennao Fuyuan decoction in addition to the treatment for the control group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups.The following indices were compared between the two groups：Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE）score，Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale-cognitive subscale（ADAS-Cog）score，and Activities of Daily Living Scale（ADL）score before and after treatment，as well as overall response rate after treatment.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（80.0% vs 67.5%，P<0.05）.After treatment，both groups showed significant improvements in MMSE score，ADAS-Cog score，and ADL score（P<0.05），and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Shennao Fuyuan decoction has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of AD with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis. |
