| 目的：观察健脾润肤膏方治疗儿童期特应性皮炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例儿童期特应性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。所有患者除给予他克莫司软膏外用外，治疗组采用健脾润肤膏方口服，对照组采用西替利嗪口服，2组疗程均为12周。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.67%，明显高于对照组的86.67%（P<0.05）；治疗后2组患者的SCORAD积分较治疗前均显著降低（P<0.05），且治疗组的SCORAD积分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：健脾润肤膏方治疗儿童期特应性皮炎具有较好的疗效。 |

| Clinical effect of spleen-strengthening and moisturizing cream prescription in treatment of childhood atopic dermatitis：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of spleen-strengthening and moisturizing cream prescription in the treatment of childhood atopic dermatitis.Methods：A total of 60 patients with childhood atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given external application of tacrolimus ointment combined with oral spleen-strengthening and moisturizing cream prescription，and those in the control group were given external application of tacrolimus ointment combined with oral cetirizine.The course of treatment was 12 weeks for both groups.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group（96.67% vs 86.67%，P<0.05）.Both groups had a significant reduction in SCORAD score after treatment（P<0.05），and the treatment group had a significantly lower SCORAD score than the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Spleen-strengthening and moisturizing cream prescription has a good clinical effect in the treatment of childhood atopic dermatitis. |
