| 目的：观察滋肾宁心胶囊治疗围绝经期失眠伴焦虑及抑郁的临床疗效。方法：将100例围绝经期失眠伴焦虑及抑郁的患者分为2组，治疗组55例采用滋肾宁心胶囊治疗，对照组45例采用坤泰胶囊治疗，4周为1个疗程，2个疗程后，观察2组患者的睡眠质量、焦虑和抑郁改善情况。结果：失眠疗效总有效率治疗组为80.0%，对照组为82.2%，2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；2组睡眠质量改善情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；2组焦虑及抑郁改善情况治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：滋肾宁心胶囊治疗围绝经期失眠伴焦虑、抑郁有较好的临床疗效。 |

| Clinical effect of Zishen Ningxin capsules in treatment of insomnia with anxiety and depression in perimenopausal period：An analysis of 55 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Zishen Ningxin capsules in the treatment of insomnia with anxiety and depression in the perimenopausal period.Methods：A total of 100 patients with insomnia with anxiety and depression in the perimenopausal period were divided into treatment group with 55 patients and control group with 45 patients.The patients in the treatment group were given Zishen Ningxin capsules，and those in the control group were given Kuntai capsules.Each course of treatment was 4 weeks，and the improvements in sleep quality，anxiety，and depression were evaluated for both groups after two courses of treatment.Results：There was no significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（80.0% vs 82.2%，P>0.05）.There was also no significant difference in the improvement in sleep quality between the two groups（P>0.05）；both groups had significant improvements in anxiety and depression after treatment，and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Zishen Ningxin capsules have a good clinical effect in the treatment of insomnia with anxiety and depression in the perimenopausal period. |
