| 目的：观察清营汤配方颗粒联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床疗效。方法：将120例寻常型银屑病血热证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，对照组予以阿维A胶囊口服，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用清营汤配方颗粒治疗。观察2组综合疗效及治疗前后皮损面积与严重指数（PASI）评分。结果：总有效率治疗组为91.67%，对照组为78.33%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组PASI评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：清营汤配方颗粒联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病血热证疗效满意。 |

| Clinical effect of formulated granules of Qingying decoction combined with acitretin capsules in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome：An analysis of 60 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of formulated granules of Qingying decoction combined with acitretin capsules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome.Methods：A total of 120 patients with psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given oral acitretin capsules，and those in the treatment group were given formulated granules of Qingying decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were observed in terms of overall response and Psoriasis Area and Severity Index（PASI) score before and after treatment.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（91.67% vs 78.33%，P<0.05).Both groups had a significant change inPASI score after treatment，and there was a significant difference in PASI score between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05).Conclusion：Formulated granules of Qingying decoction combined with acitretin capsules have a satisfactory clinical effect in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome. |
