| 目的：观察自动痔疮套扎术（RPH术）联合硬化剂注射术治疗老年Ⅱ、Ⅲ期内痔合并直肠内脱垂的临床疗效。方法：将90例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期内痔合并直肠内脱垂的老年患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组，每组各30例，治疗组采用RPH术联合硬化剂注射术治疗，对照1组采用RPH术治疗，对照2组采用硬化剂注射术治疗，观察3组综合疗效及肛管直肠压力变化等情况。结果：术后1个月，治愈率治疗组为93.33%，优于对照2组的83.33%；术后2个月，治愈率治疗组为96.67%，优于对照1组的80.00%与对照2组的66.67%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。3组肛管舒张压、肛管最大收缩压术前术后组内比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后肛管直肠压力各项指标治疗组与对照1、2组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照1组与对照2组比较，差异亦有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：RPH术联合硬化剂注射术治疗老年患者Ⅱ、Ⅲ期内痔合并直肠内脱垂具有安全无痛苦、并发症少、疗效确切、临床操作简便、可重复操作和费用低廉等优势。 |

| Clinical effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids combined with sclerosing agent injection in treatment of elderly patients with stage II/III internal hemorrhoids complicated by intrarectal proctoptosis：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids（RPH) combined with sclerosing agent injection in the treatment of elderly patients with stage II/III internal hemorrhoids complicated by intrarectal proctoptosis.Methods：A total of 90 elderly patients with stage II/III internal hemorrhoids complicated by intrarectal proctoptosis were randomly divided into treatment group，control group 1，and control group 2，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given RPH combined with sclerosing agent injection，those in control group 1 were given RPH alone，and those in control group 2 were given sclerosing agent injection alone.The three groups were compared in terms of overall response and change in anorectal pressure.Results：At one month after surgery，the treatment group had a significantly higher cure rate than control group 2（93.33% vs 83.33%，P<0.05).At two months after surgery，the treatment group had a significantly higher cure rate than control group 1（96.67% vs 80.00%，P<0.05) and control group 2（96.67% vs 66.67%，P<0.05).All three groups had significant changes in anal diastolic pressure and maximum anal systolic pressure after surgery（P<0.05).There were significant differences in the parameters of anorectal pressure between the treatment group and control groups 1 and 2（P<0.05)，and there were also significant differences between the two control groups（P<0.05).Conclusion：In the treatment of elderly patients with stage II/III internal hemorrhoids complicated by intrarectal proctoptosis，RPH combined with sclerosing agent injection has the advantages of high safety，painlessness，few complications，good clinical effect，easy and simple operation，repeatability，and low costs. |
