| 目的：观察泻儿康合剂口服联合神阙穴贴敷治疗小儿湿热型泄泻的临床疗效。方法：将90例湿热型小儿泄泻患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各45例。对照组予以常规西药治疗，治疗组予以泻儿康合剂联合神阙穴贴敷治疗，2组均连续治疗3 d。于治疗前后观察2组中医证候积分、主要临床症状及体征（腹泻、发热、腹痛/腹胀）缓解时间，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为95.56%（43/45），对照组为86.67%（39/45），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。2组主要临床症状及体征改善时间治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：泻儿康合剂口服联合神阙穴贴敷内外合治小儿湿热型泄泻疗效确切，能够有效缓解临床症状、缩短病程，值得临床推广。 |

| Xieerkang mixture combined with sticking therapy at Shenque point in treatment of infantile diarrhea with damp-heat syndrome: An analysis of 45 cases |

| Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of oral administration of Xieerkang mixture combined with sticking therapy at Shenque point in the treatment of infantile diarrhea with damp-heat syndrome. Methods： A total of 90 patients with infantile diarrhea with damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while those in the treatment group received oral administration of Xieerkang mixture combined with sticking therapy at Shenque point, and both groups were treated for 3 consecutive days. The two groups were observed in terms of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score, time to relief of main clinical symptoms and signs （diarrhea, fever, and abdominal pain/distension）, and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups. Results： There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［95.56% （43/45） vs 86.67% （39/45）, P < 0.05］. Both groups had a significant change in TCM syndrome score after treatment, with a significant difference between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.01）. There were significant differences in the time to relief of main clinical symptoms and signs between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： Oral administration of Xieerkang mixture combined with sticking therapy at Shenque point has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of infantile diarrhea with damp-heat syndrome and can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and shorten the course of the disease, and therefore, it holds promise for clinical application. |
