| 目的：观察二地降糖丸联合盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病（type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM）的临床疗效。方法：将72例气阴两虚型T2DM患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各36例。对照组予以西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用二地降糖丸治疗，2组均连续治疗12周。于治疗前后观察2组中医证候积分、空腹血糖（fasting blood glucose，FBG）、餐后2小时血糖（2-hour postprandial blood glucose，2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（glycated hemoglobin，HbA1c）水平及不良反应，并评价临床疗效。结果：治疗期间，治疗组脱落2例，对照组脱落3例，最终纳入治疗组34例，对照组33例；总有效率治疗组为94.12%（32/34），对照组为72.73%（24/33），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组中医证候积分，FBG、2hPG、HbA1c水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组治疗中均未见明显不良反应。结论：二地降糖丸联合盐酸二甲双胍缓释片能够有效改善气阴两虚型T2DM患者临床症状，调控血糖水平，且安全性良好。 |

| Clinical effect of Erdi Jiangtang pills combined with metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both Qi and Yin: An analysis of 34 cases |

| Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Erdi Jiangtang pills combined with metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） with deficiency of both Qi and Yin. Methods： A total of 72 T2DM patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 36 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while those in the treatment group received Erdi Jiangtang pills in addition to the treatment in the control group, and both groups were treated for 12 consecutive weeks. The two groups were observed in terms of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, 2-hour postprandial glucose （2hPG）, and glycated hemoglobin （HbA1c） before and after treatment and adverse reactions after treatment, and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups. Results： Two patients in the treatment group and 3 patients in the control group were lost during the treatment period, and finally 34 patients in the treatment group and 33 patients in the control group were included for analysis. There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［94.12% （32/34） vs 72.73% （24/33）, P < 0.05］. Both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome score, FBG, 2hPG, and HbA1c after treatment, and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05）. No significant adverse reactions were observed in either group during treatment. Conclusion： Erdi Jiangtang pills combined with metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets can effectively improve clinical symptoms and regulate blood glucose level in T2DM patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin, with a favorable safety profile. |
