| 目的：观察柴葛解肌汤化裁方治疗风寒郁表型急性感染性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：将60 例风寒郁表型急性感染性荨麻疹患者随机分为2组，每组各30 例。对照组予以西药抗感染及抗过敏疗法治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用柴葛解肌汤化裁方治疗，观察2组症状积分（瘙痒程度、风团数目、充血情况、每天发作次数）、皮肤病生活质量量表（DLQI）评分、痊愈时间和愈显率。结果：愈显率治疗组为83.33%（25/30），对照组为70.00%（21/30），2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2组患者症状积分、DLQI各项评分较治疗前明显下降，且治疗组瘙痒程度、充血情况、每天发作次数、DLQI评分下降程度明显大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。痊愈时间治疗组为（3.86±1.21）d，对照组为（5.00±1.50）d，2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：柴葛解肌汤化裁方联合西药治疗急性感染性荨麻疹风寒郁表证疗效颇佳，优于单用西药治疗。 |

| Clinical effect of modified Chaige Jieji decoction in treatment of acute infectious urticaria with wind-cold exterior stagnation：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of modified Chaige Jieji decoction in the treatment of acute infectious urticaria with wind-cold exterior stagnation.Methods：A total of 60 patients with acute infectious urticaria with wind-cold exterior stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given anti-infective Western medicine therapy and anti-anaphylactic treatment，and those in the treatment group were given modified Chaige Jieji decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of symptom scores (degree of pruritus，number of wheals，congestion，and number of daily attacks)，dermatology life quality index (DLQI) score，cure time，and cure and marked response rate.Results：There was no significant difference in cure and marked response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［83.33% (25/30) vs 70.00% (21/30)，P>0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant reductions in symptom scores and each score of DLQI，and compared with the control group，the treatment group had significantly greater reductions in the degree of pruritus，congestion，the number of daily attacks，and DLQI score (P<0.05).There was a significant difference in cure time between the treatment group and the control group (3.86±1.21 days vs 5.00±1.50 days，P<0.05).Conclusion：Modified Chaige Jieji decoction combined with Western medicine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acute infectious urticaria with wind-cold exterior stagnation，with a better effect than Western medicine alone. |
