| 目的：基于数据挖掘探析刘以敏治疗小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）的用药规律。方法：收集2001年1月1日至2009年12月31日刘以敏门诊治疗小儿ITP的病案，应用古今医案云平台的频次统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析、复杂网络分析等方法分析其治疗ITP的用药频次、药性归经、核心处方等。结果：共纳入处方120首，中药136味，其中使用频次较高的药物有仙鹤草、当归、小枣、甘草、茯苓、黄芪等，功效以收敛止血、解毒为主，性味以平性、甘味为主，归经以脾、肺、肝经为主，高频药物组合主要有甘草-仙鹤草、当归-仙鹤草、小枣-仙鹤草等。聚类分析获得核心处方4首。结论：刘以敏治疗小儿ITP首辨虚实，用药平和，多从血分论治，常用收敛止血、解毒之药，调血亦祛邪，兼顾补血活血、补脾益气，虚实同治。 |

| Medication rule of Liu Yimin in treatment of pediatric patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule of Liu Yimin in the treatment of pediatric patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) based on data mining.Methods：Medical records were collected from the pediatric patients with ITP who were treated by Liu Yimin at the outpatient service from January 1，2001 to December 31，2009，and with the help of the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform，the methods such as frequency statistics，association rule analysis，cluster analysis，and complex network analysis were used to analyze the frequency of medication，nature and meridian entry，and core prescriptions in the treatment of ITP.Results：A total of 120 prescriptions were included，involving 136 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) drugs，and the drugs with a relatively high frequency of use included Agrimonia eupatoria，Angelica sinensis，jujube，Radix Glycyrrhizae，Poria cocos，and Astragalus membranaceus，with the main functions of astringency and hemostasis and detoxicating；most drugs had a neutral nature and a sweet taste and mainly entered the spleen，lung，and liver meridians；high-frequency drug combinations included Radix Glycyrrhizae-Agrimonia eupatoria，Angelica sinensis-Agrimonia eupatoria，and jujube-Agrimonia eupatoria.The cluster analysis obtained 4 core prescriptions.Conclusion：In the treatment of children with ITP，Liu Yimin first identifies deficiency and excess，uses gentle drugs，and gives treatment based on blood components.The drugs with the functions of astringency and hemostasis and detoxicating are often used to regulate blood and eliminate pathogens while giving consideration to replenishing blood，activating blood，tonifying spleen，and benefiting Qi，so as to treat deficiency and excess at the same time. |
