| 目的：观察小儿六清推拿法联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎（HA）的临床疗效。方法：选取90 例HA患儿，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各45 例。2组均予西医基础治疗，对照组在此基础上予开喉剑喷雾剂治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上再加小儿六清推拿法治疗。比较2组综合疗效、治疗前后白细胞（WBC）计数及超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）值的变化，记录症状体征消失时间。结果：总有效率治疗组为97.78%（44/45），高于对照组的82.22%（37/45），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后2组WBC水平均上升、hs-CRP水平均下降，且治疗组hs-CRP下降幅度大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组的体温恢复时间、疱疹消退时间、食欲改善时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论：在西医基础治疗及开喉剑喷雾剂治疗上加用小儿六清推拿法治疗HA疗效佳，能更快速地退热、消退疱疹、改善食欲，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Clinical effect of the pediatric six-clearing massage method combined with Kaihoujian spray in treatment of herpangina：An analysis of 45 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the pediatric six-clearing massage method combined with Kaihoujian spray in the treatment of herpangina (HA).Methods：A total of 90 children with HA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 45 children in each group.The children in the control group were given basic Western medicine treatment combined with Kaihoujian spray，and those in the treatment group were given pediatric six-clearing massage in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of overall response and changes in white blood cell count (WBC) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) after treatment，and the time to the disappearance of symptoms and signs was recorded.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ［97.78% (44/45) vs 82.22% (37/45)，P<0.05］.After treatment，both groups had a significant increase in WBC and a significant reduction in hs-CRP，and the treatment group had a significantly greater reduction in hs-CRP than the control group (P<0.01).Compared with the control group，the treatment group had significantly shorter time to recovery of body temperature，regression time of herpes，and time to improvement in appetite (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion：In addition to basic Western medicine treatment，Kaihoujian spray combined with the pediatric six-clearing massage method has a good clinical effect in the treatment of HA and can rapidly achieve heat clearance，regression of herpes，and improvement in appetite，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
