| 目的：运用数据挖掘技术分析许芝银教授辨治阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进症的临床用药规律。方法：收集整理2018年1月1日至2020年6月30日江苏省中医院许教授门诊诊治的阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进症患者病案资料，构建临床用药数据库，运用数据挖掘方法，对其临证用药规律进行总结分析。结果：共收集到许教授治疗阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进症的有效验方642首，涉及药物133味，累计用药频数9180次。获得高频药物（使用频次≥120次）24味，使用频次排前6位的药物依次是赤芍、牡丹皮、白芍、甘草、丹参、麦冬；药物药性以温、寒、平为主，药味以甘、苦、辛为多，归经多属肝、肺、脾经，药物分类以补虚药、清热药为主。高频药物系统聚类聚为6类，药物二项关联分析显示核心药对6对，三项关联度最强的核心药物组合4组。结论：许教授临证围绕阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进症的病因病机，从消瘿散结、清热泻火、养阴益气入手，提出瘿肿宜消散、纳亢宜清泻、多汗宜固表、目突宜明目、手颤宜息风、心悸宜宁神六法，同时兼顾扶正祛邪，攻补兼施，用药平和，疗效肯定。 |

| Medication rule of Xu Zhiyin in treatment of hyperthyroidism with Yin asthenia causing fire：An analysis based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule of Professor Xu Zhiyin in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with Yin asthenia causing fire through an analysis based on data mining.Methods：Case data were collected from the patients with hyperthyroidism with Yin asthenia causing fire who were diagnosed and treated by Professor Xu at the outpatient service of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1，2018 to June 30，2020.A database of clinical medication was established，and the data mining method was used to summarize and analyze the medication rule of Professor Xu in clinical practice.Results：A total of 642 empirical prescriptions were collected from the cases of hyperthyroidism with Yin asthenia causing fire treated by Professor Xu，with a total of 133 TCM drugs and 9180 cumulative times of medication.There were 24 high-frequency drugs with a frequency of use of ≥120，and the top 6 drugs in terms of the frequency of use were Radix Paeoniae Rubra，Cortex Moutan Radicis，Radix Paeoniae Alba，Radix Glycyrrhizae，Salvia miltiorrhiza，and Radix Ophiopogonis.Most drugs were warm，cold or neutral in nature and had a sweet，bitter or pungent taste，and most drugs entered the liver，lung，and spleen meridians.The drugs used were mainly deficiency-tonifying herbs and heat-clearing drugs.The high-frequency drugs were clustered into 6 categories，and binomial association analysis obtained 6 core drug pairs，while trinomial association analysis obtained 4 core drug combinations.Conclusion：Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism with Yin asthenia causing fire in clinical practice，Professor Xu starts from eliminating goiter and resolving static blood，clearing heat and purging fire，and nourishing Yin and benefiting Qi and proposes the six methods of eliminating and dissipating for goiter，clearing and purging for hyperactivity，consolidating exterior for hyperhidrosis，improving eyesight for protopsis，calming wind for hand tremor，and tranquilizing mind for palpitation.Professor Xu also takes into account the methods of strengthening vital Qi and eliminating pathogen and the simultaneous application of tonification and purgation and applies mild medication to achieve a marked clinical effect. |
