| 目的：观察中西医结合治疗子宫腺肌病（AM）痰湿瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法：将60 例AM痰湿瘀阻证患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各30 例。对照组采用超声聚焦联合常规西药及中药外敷治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗。观察2组综合疗效，中医证候［主症（痛经程度、月经量），次症］ 评分，子宫体积及复发情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.67%（29/30），对照组为80.00%（24/30），组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组痛经程度、月经量、次症评分及子宫体积治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发率治疗组为10.34%（3/29），对照组为20.83%（5/24），组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：桂枝茯苓丸加减联合超声聚焦、常规西药及中药外敷治疗AM痰湿瘀阻证疗效较好，安全可行。 |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of adenomyosis (AM) with phlegm-dampness stasis syndrome.Methods：A total of 60 AM patients with phlegm-dampness stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given high-intensity focused ultrasound combined with Western medicine treatment and external application of TCM，and those in the treatment group were given modified Guizhi Fuling pills in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were observed in terms of overall response，TCM syndrome (major symptoms of dysmenorrhea severity and menstrual volume and minor symptoms)，uterus volume，and recurrence.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group［96.67% (29/30) vs 80.00% (24/30)，P<0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant changes in dysmenorrhea severity，menstrual volume，scores of minor symptoms，and uterus volume，and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).There was a significant difference in recurrence rate between the treatment group and the control group［10.34% (3/29) vs 20.83% (5/24)，P<0.01］.Conclusion：Modified Guizhi Fuling pills combined with high-intensity focused ultrasound，western medicine treatment and external application of TCM has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of AM with phlegm-dampness stasis syndrome and is safe and feasible. |
