| 目的：观察加味旋代颗粒联合丁艾贴丸治疗胃食管反流病（GERD)肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效。方法：将80 例GERD肝郁脾虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40 例。治疗组予加味旋代颗粒联合丁艾贴丸治疗，对照组予奥美拉唑肠溶片合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗，疗程均为8周。观察2组治疗前后中医证候（反流、烧心、嗳气、胸骨后疼痛等）积分的变化，评定中医证候疗效及胃镜疗效。结果：中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组为87.5%（35/40），对照组为57.5%（23/40），组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；胃镜疗效总有效率治疗组为82.5%（33/40），对照组为67.5%（27/40），组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05)。2组中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。结论：加味旋代颗粒联合丁艾贴丸治疗GERD肝郁脾虚证疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Clinical effect of Jiawei Xuandai granules combined with Ding’ai patch pills in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with liver depression and spleen deficiency：An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Xuandai granules combined with Ding’ai patch pills in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods：A total of 80 GERD patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Jiawei Xuandai granules combined with Ding’ai patch pills，and those in the control group were given omeprazole enteric-coated tablets combined with Results：mosapride citrate tablets；the course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups.The two groups were observed in terms of the changes in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes (including reflux，heartburn，belching，and retrosternal pain)，and the treatment outcomes of TCM syndromes and gastroscopy were evaluated.Results：There was a significant difference in the overall response rate of TCM syndromes between the treatment group and the control group ［87.5% (35/40) vs 57.5%(23/40)，P＜0.05］，and there was no significant difference in the overall response rate of gastroscopy between the two groups ［82.5% (33/40) vs 67.5% (27/40)，P>0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome scores，and there were significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Jiawei Xuandai granules combined with Ding’ai patch pills has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of GERD with liver depression and spleen deficiency and thus holds promise for clinical application. |
