基于知识图谱的中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎可视化分析

摘要:
目的:基于可视化工具Citespace 5.7分析近30年中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的研究状况。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)1990年1月1日至2021年7月20日收录的关于中医药治疗CAG的相关文献并进行筛选和归整,导入Citespace 5.7软件绘制关键词共现网络、作者及机构合作图谱。结果:共纳入有效文献1394篇。2000年以来,年度发文量总体上呈逐年上升趋势。所纳入文献主要包括期刊论文、硕士学位论文、博士学位论文、会议论文等类型,其中,期刊论文高达968篇,占文献量总数的69.44%,硕、博士学位论文363篇,占26.04%。其中40篇博士学位论文所属的学校中,中国中医科学院产出最多,为10篇,发文排名前十位的期刊中,《实用中医内科杂志》的发文量最多,为35篇。中医药治疗CAG所涉及的学科方向中,中医与中西医结合方向的研究成果最多,达到1205篇;作者合作图谱共纳入683位作者,其中有21位核心作者(发文量>5篇)。机构合作图谱共纳入543所机构,发文量排名前十位的机构中,南京中医药大学附属医院发文最多,为34篇。结论:中医药治疗CAG有效,其研究热点涵盖CAG的病因病机、中医辨证论治以及作用机制,研究趋势包括中医药治疗CAG的新技术及用药有效性分析、基于大数据等人工智能技术的专家经验发掘等,可为后续相关研究提供一定参考和借鉴。

Mechanism of action of Zhenren Yangzang decoction in treatment of ulcerative colitis:A study based on network pharmacology and molecular docking

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of action of Zhenren Yangzang decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) based on network pharmacology and molecular docking.Methods:TCMSP database was used to obtain the active components and targets of Panax ginseng,Angelica sinensis,Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.,Myristica fragrans,cinnamon,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Saussurea costus,Chebulae Fructus,and Papaveris Pericarpium,and DisGeNET database was used to obtain the targets of UC.Venny 2.1 platform was used to obtain the common targets,which were imported into Cytoscape 3.8.0 software to construct a visualized component-target network for Zhenren Yangzang decoction,and core components were screened out.STRING database was used to establish the protein-protein interaction network of the common targets and obtain the core targets.DAVID 6.7 database was used to perform gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analyses,and molecular docking validation was performed for the core components and the core targets.Results:The core components of Zhenren Yangzang decoction in the treatment of UC were kaempferol,sitosterol,stigmasterol,codeine,cheilanthifoline,and fumarine,and the core targets were AKT1,interleukin-6,vascular endothelial growth factor,tumor necrosis factor(TNF),and tumor protein p53.Signaling pathways mainly involved TNF,hypoxia-inducible factor-1,and Toll-like receptor.Molecular docking showed a relatively strong binding capacity between the core components and the core targets.Conclusion:This study preliminarily reveals the mechanism of action of Zhenren Yangzang decoction in the treatment of UC,which provides ideas and a basis for subsequent studies.
