| 目的：基于数据挖掘分析中药熏洗治疗肛周湿疹的用药规律。方法：检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据（WANFANG TADA）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）近十年关于中药熏洗治疗肛周湿疹的文献,对符合纳入标准的文献中处方的证型和药物信息进行提取、规范,建立数据库,采用关联规则、聚类分析进行数据挖掘。结果：纳入文献98篇,有效处方100首,证型分布以湿热下注证和血虚风燥证为主;纳入药物110味,高频药物为苦参、黄柏等30味,功效以清热、攻毒杀虫止痒、解表、利水渗湿和补虚为主,药性多偏寒,药味多苦、辛,归经以肝、胃、膀胱、脾经为主;挖掘出25个关联规则,聚类分析得出4个核心处方。结论：中药熏洗治疗肛周湿疹以清热燥湿为主要治法,分别佐以养血、祛风、杀虫、止痒等,多药相合,多法联用。该研究结果可为临床治疗肛周湿疹合理用药提供一定的参考。 |

| Medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in treatment of perianal eczema：An analysis based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of perianal eczema based on data mining.Methods：CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP were searched for articles on traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of perianal eczema published in the recent 10 years.The information on syndrome types and drugs in the prescriptions from the articles meeting the criteria was extracted and standardized,a database was established,and association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used for data mining.Results：A total of 98 articles were included,involving 100 valid prescriptions.The syndromes of damp-heat pouring downward and blood deficiency with wind-dryness were the main syndrome types.A total of 110 drugs were included,among which high-frequency drugs included Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,and the main functions included clearing heat,counteracting toxic substances and killing parasites to relieve itching,relieving exterior syndrome,promoting diuresis and draining dampness,and tonifying deficiency.Most drugs had cold nature and bitter and pungent flavors.As for meridian entry,most drugs acted on the liver,stomach,bladder,and spleen meridians.A total of 25 association rules were obtained,and cluster analysis obtained 4 core prescriptions.Conclusion：As for traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of perianal eczema,heat-clearing and dampness-drying therapy is the main treatment method and can be combined with the therapies for nourishing the blood,dispelling pathogenic wind,killing parasites,and relieving itching.The combination of multiple drugs and therapies is the main treatment principle for this disease.The results of this study provide a certain reference for rational drug use in the clinical treatment of perianal eczema. |
