| 目的：运用网络药理学方法探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗雷诺病的作用机制。方法：通过TCMSP数据库检索黄芪、桂枝、白芍、大枣、生姜的活性成分及其靶点，通过Geencards、OMIM数据库获取雷诺病主要靶点，将药物靶点与疾病靶点取交集得到黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗雷诺病的靶点，利用STRING数据库分析蛋白质相互作用，构建PPI网络图，运用Metascape数据库对交集靶点进行GO、KEGG分析，使用Cytoscape软件绘制药物成分-疾病靶点-通路网络图。结果：黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗雷诺病的主要活性成分为β-谷甾醇、山柰酚、芒柄花素、槲皮素等，主要靶点为TNF、IL6、JUN、AKT1、CXCL8、VEGFA、PTGS2等，主要涉及IL-17、VEGF、MAPK、PI3K-Akt、血小板激活、流体剪切应力与动脉粥样硬化等信号通路。结论：本研究初步反映黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗雷诺病的多个成分、靶点、通路的作用机制，为临床研究提供理论支持。 |

| Objective：To investigate the mechanism of action of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of Raynaud’s disease based on network pharmacology.Methods：TCMSP database was searched for the active components and targets of Astragalus membranaceus，Ramulus Cinnamomi，Radix Paeoniae Alba，jujube，and ginger，and Geencards and OMIM databases were used to obtain the main targets of Raynaud’s disease.The intersection of drug targets and disease targets were used to obtain the targets of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of Raynaud’s disease.STRING database was used to analyze protein interaction and construct a protein-protein interaction network，Metascape database was used to perform GO and KEGG analyses of intersecting targets，and Cytoscape software was used to plot a drug component-disease target-pathway network.Results：In the treatment of Raynaud’s disease with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction，the main active components included beta-sitosterol，kaempferol，formononetin，and quercetin，and the main targets included TNF，IL6，JUN，AKT1，CXCL8，VEGFA，and PTGS2，involving the signaling pathways of IL-17，VEGF，MAPK，PI3K-Akt，platelet activation，fluid shear stress，and atherosclerosis.Conclusion：This study reveals that Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction has the mechanism of action of multiple components，targets，and pathways in the treatment of Raynaud’s disease，which provides a theoretical basis for clinical research. |
