| 目的：基于数据挖掘研究喻正科教授治疗原发性高血压病的用药规律。方法：纳入2020年2月至2021年2月经喻教授治疗的原发性高血压病患者428 例，将其诊疗数据标准化，运用数据挖掘方法，探讨喻教授治疗原发性高血压病的用药规律。结果：纳入652首处方，共259味中药，累计频次11786次，使用频次排前20位的依次为：三七、天麻、丹参、葛根、川牛膝、石菖蒲、煅龙骨、炒白术、陈皮、鸡血藤、蒲黄、益母草、法半夏、川芎、煅牡蛎、姜黄、山药、珍珠母、杜仲、赤芍。频次最高的药性为温性，药味为甘味。药物归经排前3位的依次是：肝、脾、胃经。药物功效排前3位的依次是：活血化瘀、补虚、平肝息风。对高频药物进行聚类分析，得出药对组合13对、聚类处方7首。结论：喻教授治疗原发性高血压病多用活血化瘀、平肝息风等药物，体现了平肝潜阳、活血通络的治疗方法及学术思想。 |

| Objective：To investigate the mediation rule of Professor Yu Zhengke in the treatment of primary hypertension based on data mining.Methods：A total of 428 patients with primary hypertension who were treated by Professor Yu Zhengke from February 2020 to February 2021 were enrolled.After their diagnosis and treatment data were standardized，data mining was used to investigate the medication rule of Professor Yu Zhengke in the treatment of primary hypertension.Results：A total of 652 prescriptions were included，with 259 traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） drugs in total，and the cumulative frequency was 11786 times.The top 20 TCM drugs in terms of frequency were Panax notoginseng，Rhizoma Gastrodiae，Salvia miltiorrhiza，Radix Puerariae，Cyathula officinalis Kuan.，Rhizoma Acori graminei，calcined Dragon’s bone，roasted Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae，tangerine peel，Spatholobi Caulis，Typhae Pollen，Herba Leonuri，Rhizoma Pinelliae Praeparatum，Rhizoma Chuanxiong，calcined oyster shell，Rhizoma Curcumae Longae，Dioscorea opposite，Margaritifera Concha，Eucommia ulmoides，and Radix Paeoniae Rubra.The drugs with the warm nature or the sweet taste had the highest frequency.As for meridian tropism，most drugs entered the liver，spleen，and stomach meridians.As for drug function，blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs had the highest frequency，followed by deficiency-tonifying drugs and liver-pacifying and wind-extinguishing drugs.A cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs obtained 13 drug combinations and 7 clustered prescriptions.Conclusion：Professor Yu Zhengke often uses blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs and liver-pacifying and wind-extinguishing drugs in the treatment of primary hypertension，which reflects the therapies and academic thinking of calming the liver，suppressing Yang，activating blood，and dredging collaterals. |
