| 目的：观察体外培育牛黄配合龙珠软膏对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响。方法：将90 例肛瘘术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各45 例。治疗组采用体外培育牛黄配合龙珠软膏换药治疗，对照组单用龙珠软膏换药治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、创面愈合时间、创面渗出液评分及术后并发症发生率。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.33%（42/45），对照组为82.22%（37/45），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组创面愈合时间比较，治疗组短于对照组（P＜0.05）；2组第7、14、21天创面渗出液评分比较，治疗组低于对照组（P<0.05，P<0.01）；2组并发症发生率比较，治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.05，P<0.01）。结论：体外培育牛黄配合龙珠软膏能有效促进肛瘘术后创面愈合，减少渗出液，缓解肛周潮湿感，缩短病程，提高治愈率。 |

| In-vitro-cultured Calculus bovis combined with Longzhu ointment promotes wound healing after anal fistula surgery：An analysis of 45 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the effect of in-vitro-cultured Calculus bovis combined with Longzhu ointment on wound healing after anal fistula surgery.Methods：A total of 90 patients undergoing anal fistula surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 45 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given dressing change with in-vitro-cultured Calculus bovis combined with Longzhu ointment，and those in the control group were given dressing change with Longzhu ointment alone.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome，wound healing time，wound exudate score，and incidence rates of postoperative complications.Results：There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in overall response rate ［93.33% (42/45) vs 82.22% (37/45)，P<0.05］.Compared with the control group，the treatment group had a significantly shorter wound healing time (P<0.05)，a significantly better wound exudate score on days 7，14，and 21 (P<0.05，P<0.01)，and a significantly lower incidence rate of complications (P<0.05，P<0.01).Conclusion：in-vitro-cultured Calculus bovis combined with Longzhu ointment can effectively promote wound healing after anal fistula surgery，reduce exudate，alleviate perianal dampness，shorten the course of the disease，and improve cure rate. |
