| 目的：观察五味消渴方加味联合甲钴胺治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法：将气虚血瘀型DPN患者60 例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30 例。治疗组予以甲钴胺片合五味消渴方加味治疗,对照组仅予甲钴胺片治疗。2组疗程均为8周,观察2组综合疗效和治疗前后中医证候积分、腓总神经和正中神经的神经传导速度（NCV）［包括运动神经传导速度(MCV)与感觉神经传导速度(SCV)］。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.3%（28/30）,明显高于对照组的80.0%（24/30）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后2组中医证候积分均较治疗前明显下降,腓总神经和正中神经的NCV均较治疗前明显升高,且治疗组中医证候积分下降幅度、NCV升高幅度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：五味消渴方加味联合甲钴胺治疗气虚血瘀型DPN的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广和进一步研究。 |

| Clinical effect of Jiawei Wuwei Xiaoke decoction in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Wuwei Xiaoke decoction combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods：A total of 60 DPN patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given mecobalamin tablets combined with Jiawei Wuwei Xiaoke decoction,and those in the control group were given mecobalamin tablets alone.The course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups,and the two groups were observed in terms of overall response,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score,and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) of the common peroneal nerve and the median nerve,including motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV).Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ［93.3% (28/30)vs80.0% (24/30),P<0.05］.Both groups had a significant reduction in TCM syndrome score and a significant increase in NCV of the common peroneal nerve and the median nerve after treatment,and the treatment group had a significantly greater reduction in TCM syndrome score and a significantly greater increase in NCV compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Jiawei Wuwei Xiaoke decoction combined with mecobalamin has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of DPN with Qi deficiency and blood stasis and thus holds for clinical application and further research. |
