| 目的:研究中药封包联合西医常规疗法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重（AECOPD）机械通气患者免疫功能的影响。方法：将AECOPD机械通气患者98例随机分为治疗组（34例）、对照1组（30例）、对照2组（34例）。对照1组采用西医常规治疗,对照2组在对照1组的基础上采用热水袋外敷治疗,治疗组在对照1组的基础上采用中药封包治疗。测定治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群（包括CD4+、CD3+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+）,外周血免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE）,补体4（C4）、补体3（C3）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）。结果：CD4+、CD3+、CD8+及IgA、IgE、C3、IL-6治疗后组间比较,治疗组均优于对照1、2组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01或P<0.05）；且治疗组以上各项指标治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论：中药封包联合西医常规疗法治疗AECOPD机械通气患者,可调节免疫力,控制炎症反应,有助于控制病情。 |

| Effect of traditional Chinese medicine packets combined with conventional Western medicine treatment on the immune function of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on mechanical ventilation |

| Objective：To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine packets combined with conventional Western medicine treatment on the immune function of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) on mechanical ventilation.Methods：A total of 98 AECOPD patients on mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into treatment group with 34 patients,control group 1 with 30 patients,and control group 2 with 34 patients.The patients in the control group 1 were given conventional Western medicine treatment,those in the control group 2 were given conventional Western medicine treatment combined with external application of hot-water bag,and those in the treatment group were given conventional Western medicine treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine packets.Related indices were measured before and after treatment,including peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+,CD3+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+ ratio),immunoglobulins (IgG,IgA,IgM,and IgE),complement C4,complement C3,and interleukin-6 (IL-6).Results：After treatment,the treatment group had significantly better CD4+,CD3+,CD8+,IgA,IgE,C3,and IL-6 than the control groups 1 and 2 (P<0.01 or P<0.05),as well as significant changes in these indices after treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion：For AECOPD patients on mechanical ventilation,traditional Chinese medicine packets combined with conventional Western medicine treatment can regulate immunity,control inflammatory response,and thus help with disease control. |
