| 目的：采用网络药理学研究分析牡丹皮-栀子药对治疗围绝经期综合征的多成分、多通路、多靶点的作用机制。方法：运用数据库检索得到牡丹皮-栀子药对的主要活性成分、相应作用靶点及围绝经期综合征的疾病靶点，用ConsensusPathDB数据库进行信号通路及基因本体论（GO）分析，并运用软件Cytoscape 3.7.0绘制关键成分-核心靶点网络图及蛋白互作网络图，软件imageGP绘制通路及GO分析气泡图。结果：得到包括堪非醇在内的关键活性成分17个，血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）A在内的核心靶点39个，GO分析得到包括细胞增殖调控在内的生物学过程970个;激素结合在内的分子功能116个;胰岛素受体复合体在内的细胞组分45个;富集到通路728条，涉及癌症通路和VEGF通路等。结论：牡丹皮-栀子药对可能通过调节激素水平、降低心血管疾病发生风险、改善胰岛素抵抗及调节癌症基因等靶点治疗围绝经期综合征。 |

| Mechanism of action of Cortex Moutan Radicis-Fructus Gardeniae in treatment of perimenopausal syndrome based on network pharmacology |

| Objective:To investigate the multi-component，multi-pathway，and multi-target mechanism of action of Cortex Moutan Radicis-Fructus Gardeniae in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome based on network pharmacology.Methods:Related databases were searched to obtain the main active components of Cortex Moutan Radicis-Fructus Gardeniae drug combination，corresponding targets，and the disease targets of perimenopausal syndrome.ConsensusPathDB database was used to perform signaling pathway and gene ontology (GO) analyses;the Cytoscape 3.7.0 software was used to plot the key component-core target network and the protein-protein interaction network;the imageGP software was used to plot the bubble charts of pathway and GO analyses.Results：A total of 17 key active components including kaempferol and 39 core targets including vascular endothelial growth factor-A were obtained，and GO analysis obtained 970 biological processes including regulation of cell proliferation.A total of 116 molecular functions were obtained including hormone binding，and 45 cellular components including insulin-receptor complex were obtained.The enrichment analysis obtained 728 pathways，involving cancer pathway and vascular endothelial growth factor pathway.Conclusion：Cortex Moutan Radicis-Fructus Gardeniae drug combination exerts a therapeutic effect on perimenopausal syndrome possibly by regulating hormone level，reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease，improving insulin resistance，and regulating cancer genes. |
