目的:建立三金排石颗粒的定性和定量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对三金排石颗粒中所含的广金钱草、牛膝、益母草、甘草进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定方中君药广金钱草的特征性成分夏佛塔苷的含量。结果:实验研究建立的薄层色谱法可鉴别出广金钱草、牛膝、益母草、甘草,阴性对照无干扰;夏佛塔苷进样量在0.09082~0.9082 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,夏佛塔苷平均回收率为103.71%,RSD为1.01%。结论:本研究所建立的方法操作简单可行,具有较好的专属性和准确度,可用于三金排石颗粒的质量控制。 |

Abstract: |
Objective:To investigate the qualitative and quantitative control methods for Sanjin Paishi granules.Methods:Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was performed for the qualitative identification of Desmodium styracifolium,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Herba Leonuri,and Radix Glycyrrhizae in Sanjin Paishi granules,and high-performance liquid chromatography was used to measure the content of schaftoside,a characteristic component of the monarch drug Desmodium styracifolium.Results:The TLC method established in this experimental study could identify Desmodium styracifolium,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Herba Leonuri,and Radix Glycyrrhizae,with no interference from negative control.The sample size of schaftoside showed a good linear relationship with peak area within the range of 0.09082-0.9082 μg.The average recovery rate of schaftoside was 103.71%,with a relative standard deviation of 1.01%.Conclusion:The method established in this study is simple and feasible with good specificity and accuracy and can thus be used in the quality control of Sanjin Paishi granules. |
