| 目的：利用网络药理学技术研究当归芍药散治疗复发性流产（RSA）的潜在作用机制。方法：通过TCMSP数据库寻找、筛选、预测当归芍药散中5味中药的化学活性成分和对应靶点，通过OMIM数据库、GeneCards 数据库获取与RSA相关的疾病靶点；利用Venny对当归芍药散药物靶点、RSA疾病靶点取交集、绘制韦恩图，从而预测当归芍药散-RSA潜在作用靶点；利用Cytoscape软件构建“当归芍药散—成分—RSA—靶点”网络；分别借助String平台、R软件对RSA药物-疾病潜在作用靶点构建蛋白相互作用网络、分析GO 生物过程、分析KEGG 通路。结果：当归芍药散主要通过芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、泽泻醇、儿茶素、川芎内酯A等30个活性成分作用于IL6、AKT1、JUN、TNF、PTGS2等84个与疾病相关的靶点。通过AGE-RAGE信号通路、肿瘤坏死因子信号通路（TNF）、白细胞介素（IL）-17信号通路、TOLL样受体信号通路、脂多糖反应等生物过程和代谢通路，调节MAPK信号通路和NF-κB信号通路，以达到平衡机体TNF、IL等炎性因子含量，避免了过度自身免疫的发生，从而改善妊娠结局。结论：本研究反应了当归芍药散具有多成分、多靶点、多通路的特点，为当归芍药散治疗复发性流产提供新思路和理论依据。 |

| Mechanism of action of Danggui Shaoyao Powder in treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion：An analysis based on network pharmacology |

| Objective：To investigate the potential mechanism of action of Danggui Shaoyao Powder in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) based on network pharmacology.Methods：The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology database was used to search for，screen out，and predict the active components of five Chinese materia medica in Danggui Shaoyao Powder and their corresponding targets，and OMIM and GeneCards databases were used to obtain the targets associated with RSA.Venny software was used to identify the intersection of Danggui Shaoyao Powder drug targets and RSA disease targets，plot Venn diagram，and predict the potential Danggui Shaoyao Powder-RSA targets.Cytoscape software was used to construct the “Danggui Shaoyao Powder-component-RSA-target” network.The String platform and R software were used to construct the protein-protein interaction network of potential drug-disease targets and perform GO biological process and KEGG pathway analyses.Results：Danggui Shaoyao Powder acted upon 84 disease targets (including IL6，AKT1，JUN，TNF，and PTGS2) through 30 active components (including paeoniflorin，albiflorin，alisol，catechinic acid，and ligustilide A) and balanced the content of inflammatory factors including TNF and IL by regulating the metabolic pathways including AGE-RAGE，TNF，IL-17，and Toll-like receptor pathways，the biological processes including lipopolysaccharide reaction，and the MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways，so as to avoid excessive autoimmunity and improve pregnancy outcome.Conclusion:This study reflects that Danggui Shaoyao Powder has the characteristics of multiple components, multiple targets and multiple pathways, providing new ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment of recurrent abortion. |
