| 目的：观察董氏奇穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将92 例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各46 例。治疗组采用董氏奇穴针刺治疗，对照组采用普通针刺治疗，疗程均为2周。观察2组视觉模拟评分量表（VAS）评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）评分以及综合疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为91.3%（42/46），对照组为76.1%（35/46），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组VAS评分、ODI评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：董氏奇穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症取穴少，疗效优，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Clinical effect of Dongs Qi point in treatment of lumbar disc herniation：An analysis of 46 cases |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Dongs Qi point in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：A total of 92 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 46 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given acupuncture at Dongs Qi point，and those in the control group were given conventional acupuncture.The course of treatment was 2 weeks for both groups.The two groups were observed in terms of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score，Oswestry Disability Index (ODI)，and overall response.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［91.3% (42/46) vs 76.1% (35/46)，P<0.05］.Both groups had significant reductions in VAS and ODI scores after treatment，and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion：Dongs Qi point has the advantages of fewer acupoints and good clinical effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
