| 目的：观察悬吊训练联合电刺激治疗产后腹直肌分离的临床疗效。方法：选取产后腹直肌分离患者40 例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各20 例。治疗组接受悬吊训练联合电刺激治疗，对照组单用电刺激治疗。观察治疗2周后患者腹直肌分离距离变化情况，并评定综合疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为85.0%（17/20），对照组为55.0%（11/20），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组腹直肌分离距离改善情况较对照组更明显，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：悬吊训练联合电刺激疗法可有效缩短产后女性腹直肌分离距离，促进产后恢复，疗效明显优于单用电刺激治疗。 |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of sling exercise therapy combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum diastasis recti abdominis.Methods：A total of 40 patients with postpartum diastasis recti abdominis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 20 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given sling exercise therapy combined with electrical stimulation，and those in the control group were given electrical stimulation alone.The change in the distance of diastasis recti abdominis was observed after treatment，and overall response was evaluated.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group [85.0% (17/20) vs 55.0% (11/20)，P＜0.05].Compared with the control group，the treatment group had a significantly greater improvement in the distance of diastasis recti abdominis (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Sling exercise therapy combined with electrical stimulation can effectively shorten the distance of diastasis recti abdominis and promote postpartum recovery in women，with a better clinical effect than electrical stimulation alone. |
