| 目的：观察加味地黄饮对脑小血管病所致认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：将60例脑小血管病所致认知功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组给予西医基础治疗加奥拉西坦胶囊治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上再加中药加味地黄饮治疗。治疗3个月后，比较2组简易精神状态量表（MMSE）及蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）的评分情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.0%，对照组为76.7%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组患者MMSE、MoCA评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：加味地黄饮能有效改善患者认知功能，提高临床疗效。 |

| Clinical effect of Jiawei Dihuang decoction in treatment of cognitive impairment due to cerebral small vessel disease：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of cognitive impairment due to cerebral small vessel disease.Methods：A total of 60 patients with cognitive impairment due to cerebral small vessel disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given basic Western medicine treatment and oxiracetam capsules，and those in the treatment group were given Jiawei Dihuang decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE）score and Montreal Cognitive Assessment（MoCA）score after 3 months of treatment.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（90.0% vs 76.7%，P<0.05）.Both groups had significant changes in MMSE and MoCA scores after treatment，and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Jiawei Dihuang decoction can effectively improve patients′ cognitive function and clinical outcome. |
