| 目的：观察针刀靶点法联合中药药熨法治疗顽固性网球肘的临床疗效。方法：将80例顽固性网球肘患者随机分为2组，每组各40例。治疗组采用针刀靶点法联合中药药熨法治疗，对照组采用封闭疗法治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为92.5%，对照组为60.0%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组握力指数、Mayo评分、VAS评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01,P<0.05）。结论：针刀靶点法联合中药药熨法治疗网球肘疗效优于封闭疗法治疗。 |

| Clinical effect of needle-knife therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing in treatment of refractory tennis elbow：An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of needle-knife therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）ironing in the treatment of refractory tennis elbow.Methods：A total of 80 patients with refractory tennis elbow were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given needle-knife therapy combined with TCM ironing，and those in the control group were given block therapy.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（92.5% vs 60.0%，P<0.05）.After treatment，both groups had significant changes in gripping index，Mayo score，and Visual Analogue Scale score，and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups（P<0.01,P<0.05）.Conclusion：Needle-knife therapy combined with TCM ironing has a better clinical effect than block therapy in the treatment of refractory tennis elbow. |
