| 目的：观察当归四逆汤合辛桂温通酊治疗局限性硬皮病的临床疗效。方法：将70例局限性硬皮病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各35例。对照组采用辛桂温通酊治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用当归四逆汤治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为88.57%，对照组为65.71%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组皮损积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：当归四逆汤合辛桂温通酊治疗局限性硬皮病有较好的临床疗效。 |

| Clinical effect of Danggui Sini decoction combined with Xingui Wentong tincture in treatment of localized scleroderma：An analysis of 35 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Danggui Sini decoction combined with Xingui Wentong tincture in the treatment of localized scleroderma.Methods：A total of 70 patients with localized scleroderma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 35 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given Xingui Wentong tincture alone，and those in the treatment group were given Danggui Sini decoction combined with Xingui Wentong tincture.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（88.57% vs 65.71%，P＜0.05).Both groups had a significant change in skin lesion score after treatment，and there was a significant difference in skin lesion score between the two groups after treatment（P＜0.05).Conclusion：Danggui Sini decoction combined with Xingui Wentong tincture has a good clinical effect in the treatment of localized scleroderma. |
