| 目的：观察愈偏饮治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：将110例偏头痛患者随机分为2组，每组各55例。治疗组采用愈偏饮治疗，对照组采用氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为92.7%，对照组为76.4%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组患者头痛发作频率、疼痛程度及持续时间治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：愈偏饮治疗偏头痛的临床疗效显著，可明显改善患者的头痛症状。 |

| Clinical effect of Yupian decoction in treatment of migraine：An analysis of 55 cases |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Yupian decoction in the treatment of migraine.Methods：A total of 110 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 55 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Yupian decoction，and those in the control group were given flunarizine capsules.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（92.7% vs 76.4%，P＜0.05).Both groups had significant improvements in the frequency，degree，and duration of headache after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment（P＜0.05).Conclusion：Yupian decoction has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of migraine and can significantly improve the symptom of headache. |
