| 目的：观察调肝理脾颗粒治疗小儿厌食症（脾虚肝旺型）的临床疗效。方法：将60例厌食症（脾虚肝旺型）患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用自拟方调肝理脾颗粒治疗，对照组采用枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗，疗程均为4周，比较2组临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为100.0%，对照组为86.7%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组主要症状积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组均未发生不良反应。结论：调肝理脾颗粒治疗小儿厌食症（脾虚肝旺型）有较好疗效。 |

| Clinical effect of Tiaogan Lipi granules in treatment of infantile anorexia：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Tiaogan Lipi granules in the treatment of infantile anorexia with spleen deficiency and liver-Yang hyperactivity.Methods：A total of 60 children with infantile anorexia with spleen deficiency and liver-Yang hyperactivity were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 children in each group.The children in the treatment group were given self-made Tiaogan Lipi granules，and those in the control group were given live combined Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecium granules.The course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups，and clinical outcome was compared between the two groups.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（100.0% vs 86.7%，P<0.05).Both groups had significant changes in the scores of main symptoms after treatment，and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups（P<0.05).No adverse events were observed.Conclusion：Tiaogan Lipi granules have a good clinical effect in the treatment of infantile anorexia with spleen deficiency and liver-Yang hyperactivity. |
