| 目的：观察化斑通络方治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法：将颈动脉粥样硬化患者400例随机分为2组各200例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加化斑通络方治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为95.0%，对照组为67.0%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组纤维蛋白原（Fg）、颈动脉斑块总积分（Crouse积分）、中医证候评分及颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论：化斑通络方联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗颈动脉粥样硬化有较好疗效。 |

| Clinical effect of Huaban Tongluo prescription in treatment of carotid atherosclerosis：An analysis of 200 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Huaban Tongluo prescription in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis（CAS).Methods：A total of 400 CAS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 200 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given atorvastatin calcium tablets，and those in the treatment group were given Huaban Tongluo prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（95.0% vs 67.0%，P<0.05).Both groups had significant changes in fibrinogen，total carotid plaque score（Grouse score)，traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score，and carotid intima-media thickness after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion：Huaban Tongluo prescription combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets has a good clinical effect in the treatment of CAS. |
