| 目的：观察清热消痤汤配合挑治放血拔罐疗法治疗痤疮的临床疗效，探讨睾酮（T）水平与痤疮发病之间的相关性。方法：将120例门诊痤疮患者按随机数字表法分为2组各60例，治疗组采用清热消痤汤配合挑治放血拔罐治疗，对照组单用清热消痤汤治疗，观察2组临床疗效以及T值。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.33%，对照组为86.67%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组男性和女性T值治疗前后组内比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；男性T值治疗后组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：清热消痤汤配合挑治放血拔罐疗法治疗痤疮有较好疗效。 |

| Clinical effect of Qingre Xiaocuo decoction combined with pricking，exsanguination，and cupping in treatment of acne：An analysis of 60 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Qingre Xiaocuo decoction combined with pricking，exsanguination，and cupping in the treatment of acne and the association between testosterone level and acne.Methods：A total of 120 outpatients with acne were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table，with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Qingre Xiaocuo decoction combined with pricking，exsanguination，and cupping，and those in the control group were given Qingre Xiaocuo decoction alone.Clinical outcome and testosterone level were compared between the two groups.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（93.33% vs 86.67%，P<0.05).Both groups had a significant change in testosterone level after treatment（P<0.05)，and there was a significant difference in testosterone level in the male patients between the two groups（P<0.05).Conclusion：Qingre Xiaocuo decoction combined with pricking，exsanguination，and cupping has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acne. |
