| 目的： 观察七宝美髯丹治疗肝肾不足型斑秃的临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法：将66例肝肾不足型斑秃患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各33例，治疗组采用七宝美髯丹治疗，对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察2组综合疗效及外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群的分布。结果：总有效率治疗组为87.88%，对照组为66.67%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组外周血CD4+、CD4+ /CD8+比值上调，CD8+降低，与治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；对照组外周血CD4+、CD8+、CD4+ /CD8+比值与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；2组各项指标治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：七宝美髯丹治疗肝肾不足型斑秃效果明显，可能是通过调节T淋巴细胞亚群而发挥作用。 |

| Clinical efficacy of Qibao Meiran pills in treatment of alopecia areata：An analysis of 33 cases |

| Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Qibao Meiran pills in the treatment of alopecia areata（liver and kidney deficiency type）and its effect on T lymphocyte subsets.Methods：Sixty-six patients with alopecia areata（liver and kidney deficiency type）were randomly divided into treatment group（n=33）and control group（n=33）.The treatment group received Qibao Meiran pills，and the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment.The overall response rate and the distribution of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were evaluated in both groups.Results：The overall response rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（87.88% vs 66.67%，P<0.05）.After treatment，the treatment group had significantly increased CD4+T cells and CD4+/CD8+ratio in peripheral blood and significantly reduced CD8+T cells（P<0.05）.In the control group，CD4+and CD8+T cells and CD4+/CD8+ratio in peripheral blood were not significantly changed after treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment，there were no significant differences in these indices between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Qibao Meiran pills are effective in treating alopecia areata（liver and kidney deficiency type），possibly through regulation of T lymphocyte subsets. |
