| 目的：对益气开胃膏的质量标准进行提高研究。方法：采用TLC薄层色谱技术对益气开胃膏中黄芪、山楂、陈皮等中药进行薄层鉴别，同时采用HPLC高效液相色谱技术对方中黄芪甲苷的含量进行测定。结果：所建立的TLC法能较好地鉴别方中所含的黄芪、山楂、陈皮，斑点对应清晰，阴性无干扰；黄芪甲苷在1.0472～20.9440μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，黄芪甲苷平均回收率为99.50%，RSD为1.32%。结论：所建立的质量控制方法准确、专属性好，能较好地对益气开胃膏进行定性、定量检测，可用于益气开胃膏的质量控制。 |

| Objective：To develop improved quality standard of Yiqi Kaiwei ointment.Methods：identification of Radix Astragali Mongolici，Fructus Crataegi Pinnatifidae and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae in Yi TLC method.The contents of astragaloside in the formula were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results：The proposed TLC method was capable of identifying the three ingredients mentioned above，in which clear characteristic spots were obtained with no negative interferences.Astragaloside showed a good linearity in the range of 1.0472～20.9440μg，the average recovery of astragaloside was 99.50%，RSD was 1.32%.Conclusion：The established quality control method was accurate and specific and can used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of Yiqi Kaiwei ointment，as well as its quality control. |
