| 目的：观察刃针整体松解术治疗肩胛提肌劳损的临床疗效。方法：将肩胛提肌劳损患者90例随机分为治疗组、对照A组、对照B组，各30例。治疗组采用刃针整体松解术治疗，对照A组采用常规"以痛为腧"刃针治疗，对照B组采用常规针刺结合推拿治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.7%，对照A组为93.3%，对照B组为89.7%，3组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治愈率治疗组为73.4%，对照A组为46.7%，对照B组为41.5%，治疗组与对照A组、对照B组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），对照A组与对照B组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。3组VAS评分治疗后均优于治疗前，组内比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；治疗后VAS评分治疗组、对照A组均优于对照B组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；治疗组与对照A组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：刃针整体松解术治疗肩胛提肌劳损效果显著，复发率低，即时止痛效果好，远期疗效理想。 |

| The Clinical Observation of Blade-Needle Overall Ｒelease Therapy for Levator Seapulae Chronie Fatigue of 30 cases |

| Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of blade needle overall release therapy on levator seapulae chronie fatigue.Methods：90 patients of levator seapulae chronic fatigue were randomly divided into treatment group、control group A and control group B,with 30 patients in each group.The three groups were respectively treated by blade needle overall release therapy，conventional blade needle therapy on pain point and conventional acupuncture with conventional Massage.Results：The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group，93.3% in the control group A and 89.7% in the control group B,there was no significant difference among the three groups（P>0.05）；The cure rate was 73.4% in the treatment group，46.7% in the control group A and 41.5% in the control group B,the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group A and the control group B（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference between the control group A and the control group B（P＞0.05）.The VAS scores of 3 groupswere better than those before the treatment，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）；The VAS score in the treatment group and the control group A were superior to the control group B，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）.The difference was not statistically significant between the treatment group and the control group A（P>0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of blade needle overall release therapy on Levator seapulae chronie fatigue is significantly，low recurrence rate，obvious immediate analgesic effect，and the long‐term effect is good. |
