电针对偏头痛大鼠血清炎症因子表达的影响

摘要:
观察偏头痛大鼠炎症因子的表达及电针干预对其的影响,探讨电针在偏头痛中发挥镇痛效应的相关机制。方法:24只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、模型+电针组,每组8只。采用电刺激右侧三叉神经节制备偏头痛模型,取右侧“风池”“外关” 穴进行电针治疗,ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6浓度。结果:血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6浓度模型组、模型+电针组均明显高于假手术组(P<0.05),模型+电针组较模型组降低(P<0.05)。结论:电针干预可降低偏头痛大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6浓度,这可能是电针在偏头痛中发挥镇痛效应的相关机制之一。

Effect of electroacupuncture on the expression of serum inflammatory factors in rats with migraine

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression of inflammatory factors in rats with migraine and the effect of electroacupuncture intervention on their expression,as well as the mechanism of the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture in migraine.Methods:A total of 24 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group,model group,and model+electroacupuncture group,with 8 rats in each group.A model of migraine was established by electrical stimulation of the right trigeminal ganglion,and electroacupuncture was performed at Fengchi and Waiguan acupoints at the right side.ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and interleukin-6(IL-6).Results:The model group and the model+electroacupuncture group had significantly higher serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 than the sham-operation group(P<0.05),and the model+electroacupuncture group had significantly lower levels than the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture intervention can reduce the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6,which may be one of the mechanisms of the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture in migraine.
