| 目的：观察益气消疲汤结合康复训练治疗卒中后疲劳气虚证的临床疗效。方法：将60例卒中后疲劳气虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。在常规内科治疗基础上，治疗组给予益气消疲汤加康复训练治疗，对照组给予胞磷胆碱钠片加康复训练治疗，疗程均为4周。比较2组治疗前后疲劳严重程度表（FSS）评分、脑卒中专用生活质量量表（SS-QOL）中精力子量表评分变化。结果：2组FSS评分、SS-QOL中精力子量表评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：益气消疲汤结合康复训练治疗卒中后疲劳气虚证具有较好的临床疗效，可提高患者精力和改善疲劳程度。 |

| Clinical effect of Yiqi Xiaopi decoction combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of fatigue and qi-deficiency syndrome after stroke：an analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Xiaopi decoction combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of fatigue and qi-deficiency syndrome after stroke.Methods：A total of 60 patients with fatigue and qi-deficiency syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.In addition to conventional medical treatment，the patients in the treatment group were given Yiqi Xiaopi decoction combined with rehabilitation training，and those in the control group were given citicoline sodium tablets combined with rehabilitation training.The course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of the changes in Fatigue Severity Scale（FSS）score and score of the energy subscale of Stroke-Specific Quality of Life（SS-QOL).Results：Both groups had significant changes in the FSS score and the score of the energy subscale of SS-QOL after treatment，and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05).Conclusion：Yiqi Xiaopi decoction combined with rehabilitation training has a good clinical effect in the treatment of fatigue and qi-deficiency syndrome after stroke and can improve patients’ energy and fatigue. |
