| 目的：观察推拿防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的60例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组予小儿推拿疗法治疗，对照组予假小儿推拿治疗，2组均隔天推拿1次，共治疗30d。观察2组患儿的总有效率、病情等级、中医证候积分及免疫球蛋白与T细胞亚群的变化等指标。结果：总有效率治疗组为100.0%，对照组为67.9%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P>0.05）；2组病情等级、中医证候积分及IgA、IgG、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8比较，差异均有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：推拿防治小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效佳，无不良反应。 |

| Clinical effect of massage in the prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory infection in children：an analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of massage in the prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory infection in children.Methods：A total of 60 children with recurrent respiratory infection who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 children in each group.The children in the treatment group were given massage，and those in the control group were given sham treatment.Massage was given every other day for 30 days.The two groups were compared in terms of overall response rate，disease severity，traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score，and changes in immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group (100% vs 67.9%，P>0.05).There were also significant differences between the two groups in disease severity，TCM syndrome score，levels of IgA and IgG，percentages of CD3，CD4，and CD8 T cells，and CD4/CD8 ratio (P>0.05).Conclusion：Massage has a good effect in the prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory infection with little adverse effect. |
