| 目的：观察子午流注按时循经取穴法温和灸调节血脂的临床疗效。方法：将50例脾虚痰滞型高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例，治疗组确保在辰时灸治足三里、丰隆，巳时灸治三阴交，对照组在辰时、巳时以外的任何时间灸治足三里、丰隆、三阴交。观察患者治疗前及治疗10、20、30、40次后血清中三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）的变化情况，评定临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为95.7%，对照组为94.5%，组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2组TG、TC、LDL-C治疗前与治疗20、30、40次后组内比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组HDL-C治疗前与治疗10、20、30、40次后组内比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组TG、TC、HDL-C治疗后不同时段组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组LDL-C治疗后组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：子午流注按时循经取穴温和灸治疗脾虚痰滞型高脂血症优于常规温和灸。 |

| Clinical effect of mild-warm moxibustion using midnight-midday ebb flow for acupoint selection in treatment of hyperlipidemia with spleen deficiency and phlegm stagnation：an analysis of 23 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of mild-warm moxibustion using midnight-midday ebb flow for acupoint selection in regulating blood lipids.Methods：A total of 50 patients with hyperlipidemia with spleen deficiency and phlegm stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 25 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given moxibustion at Zusanli and Fenglong points during the period of the day from 7 a.m.to 9 a.m.and moxibustion at Sanyinjiaopoint during the period of the dayfrom 9 a.m.to 11 a.m.，and those in the control group were given moxibustion at Zusanli，Fenglong，and Sanyinjiao points during any other period of the day.Serum levels of triglyceride (TG)，total cholesterol (TC)，low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)，and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured before treatment and after 10，20，30，and 40 times of treatment to evaluate treatment outcome.Results：There was no significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group (95.7%vs94.5%，P>0.05).Both groups had significant changes in TG，TC，and LDL-C after 20，30，and 40 times of treatment (P>0.05) and a significant change in HDL-C after 10，20，30，and 40 times of treatment (P>0.05).There were significant differences in TG，TC，and HDL-C between the two groups at different time points after treatment (P>0.05)，while there was no significant difference in LDL-C between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion：Mild-warm moxibustion using midnight-midday ebb flow for acupoint selection has a better clinical effect than conventional mild-warm moxibustion in the treatment of hyperlipidemia with spleen deficiency and phlegm stagnation. |
